  1. LysoPC lysophosphatidylcholine, LysoPE lysophosphatidylethanolamine. Metabolites with variable importance in the projection (VIP) values > 1.0 in both sets are listed in Table 2. VIP value was obtained from orthogonal projection to latent structures discriminant analysis (OPLS-DA), analyzing discriminant metabolites between BLCA and control groups.
